Since 2019, the new Cooper acquired several businesses that have helped us expand and improve our engine and compressor offering. Since 1983, Turbine Technology Services has provided innovative technologies and engineering, high-value solutions and gas turbine expertise to over 400 clients worldwide. Our offerings to the global power generation and midstream industries include Controls and Control Panels, Gas Turbine Parts Supply, Conversions, Modifications and Upgrades, Asset Performance Technologies, Engineering, and OnSite Services, Power Plant Services, and DynaFlex Performance Services.
Sinor Engine Company, Inc.
Acquired Sinor Engine Company. Sinor, founded in 1962 and based in Deer Park, Texas, provides OEM-parts, expert repair, and field services for engine and compressor brands, including Superior, JOY, and Elliott Turbochargers, advancing Cooper's position as a leading manufacturer and service provider of critical compression and engine systems.
HOERBIGER’s Engine Legacy Solutions
Cooper Machinery Services has acquired HOERBIGER's Engine Legacy Solutions business to enhance their position as the technical leader of critical compression and engine systems. HOERBIGER's Engine Legacy Solutions specializes in repairs, upgrades, overhauls, and emissions advancements for large natural gas and dual fuel engines.
Energy Dynamics, LLC (EnDyn)
EnDyn, founded in 1978 and based in Alice, Texas, offers OEM-parts, repair, and field services for major engine and compressor brands, including AJAX, Superior, and Waukesha. With a 70,000 sq. ft. facility and over 160 years of combined experience, EnDyn provides Cooper with parts, service, and manufacturing capabilities. EnDyn's Alice Operations also offers technical support, engineering, training, and has grown into a global provider of PowerParts and services through its network of agents and distributors.
Turbocharger Solutions International (TSI)
Cooper Machinery Services has acquired Archrock Services' turbocharger division to form a new turbocharger division, Turbocharger Solutions International (TSI). The division is composed of Cooper's turbine specialties team in Salina, Kansas, and Archrock's McPherson, Kansas, division, with a focus on providing new and repaired turbochargers for major brands such as ABB, Caterpillar, and Delaval. No financial details were disclosed. TSI's leader, Mitch Opat, expressed his excitement about bringing the two teams together to drive value and enhance the customer experience.
TrueRock Holdings, LLC
Founded in 2011 and based in Stafford, Texas, TrueRock is a provider of parts, repair, and technical support on several prominent compression brands with an emphasis on Gemini® compressors. TrueRock brings strong engineering and technical support capabilities to the Cooper organization. Through its network of agents and distributors, TrueRock has grown from a regional player into a worldwide provider of compression parts and service.
Terrecorp, Inc.
Founded in 1998 and based in Indianapolis, Indiana, Terrecorp is a manufacturer of aluminum, bronze, and steel-backed bearing shells and bushings for a large variety of reciprocating engine brands such as AJAX, Clark, Cooper-Bessemer, Ingersoll Rand, and Worthington
Tucker Valve Seat Company
Founded in 1957 and based in Odessa, Texas, Tucker Valve Seat Company is a manufacturer of superior industrial alloy valve seats for critical applications such as LP, gas, diesel, natural gas, and unleaded fuels.
Green Production Services, LLC.
Founded in 2013 and headquartered in La Pryer, Texas, Green Production Services, LLC. is a rental compression company with a large fleet of compressor packages that serve our customers in South and West Texas. This acquisition allows Cooper to proactively maintain and grow the O.E.M. installed base of AJAX and Superior packages and unlock new revenue streams in the upstream production compression market.

Founded in 1960 and headquartered in Cambridge, Ohio, ACI Services, Inc. has been at the forefront of delivering advanced solutions for reciprocating compressors. Offerings include engineering services, innovative hardware products, and tailored solutions. ACI’s expertise in reciprocating compressors, coupled with their innovative approach to engineering solutions, aligns with Cooper’s mission to deliver best-in-class products and services to the energy industry.
