Madison Sims Named Director of Regional Sales – Gulf Coast

Cooper is pleased to announce the appointment of Madison Sims as Director of Regional Sales – Gulf Coast. 

Madison is a sales leader with deep experience in the oil and gas industry and a proven track record of building high-performing, relationship-driven sales teams. In her role, she leads a team of outside account managers supporting customers across the Gulf Coast region. 

Madison brings nearly a decade of experience and extensive knowledge of Caterpillar aftermarket parts and service sales within the oil and gas sector. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships, lead teams with accountability, and partner closely with customers to deliver reliable, value-driven solutions.

Her leadership approach is rooted in collaboration and partnership. Madison works closely with operations and service teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations and execution, while maintaining a strong focus on responsiveness, transparency, and follow-through. 

At Cooper, Madison is focused on expanding her knowledge of the company’s product portfolio to better support both new and existing customer relationships. She will play a key role in growing aftermarket sales for Cooper’s O.E.M. products, as well as other equipment serviced by the organization, helping drive continued growth across the Gulf Coast region. 

Madison holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Stephen F. Austin State University.
