a message from Leadership
We’re stable and strong, with a friendly, open environment where you’ll be encouraged to be productive, work safely, and achieve your goals. See what our employees say in their own words:
“As an international employee, I can only do my job if the company is willing to trust me and delegate decision making to my office. In my 9 year journey with Cooper, that has never been a problem as my leadership encourages me continuously to be self-sufficient, autonomous and to deliver results for the customers. Looking forward to my 10 year anniversary with pride!”
“Unequivocally, the best thing about working for Cooper is the team of people behind our products and services. Cooper’s team is united in working together to produce solutions for our customers that make a difference in the industry. There is a sense of trust and respect among the employees that makes for an enjoyable work environment and everyone’s passion for our business translates into results that our customers can count on.”
“I’ve always found that the team spirit and willingness to help one another move forward in most any circumstance is what has always set the Cooper family apart. It is a great company with respect to being mentored early in your career, relied upon when ready and counted upon to mentor others as the years pass. Personally I’ve always enjoyed working on mechanical things and helping others. At Cooper I’ve found it fulfilling that every day I can do both by providing fellow employees, industry peers and especially Cooper customers any support that I can.”
“I started with the Cooper group 13 years ago as a customer service representative and am now the leader of that team in our St. Rose, Louisiana facility. Customer Service teams at Cooper are the most customer-facing groups in the organization as we talk to the customer daily, schedule jobs, expedite parts, and take care of problems. The past 13 years working with this company have shown me what real customer service is all about. I love what I do; I love helping my customers, and I love working for an organization that is so committed to its people and customers.”
Cooper offers a full-featured benefits program that is designed to help you and your family be well, be financially secure, and be happy. We appreciate the many ways our employees contribute to our success, and in return, provide an excellent benefits package that covers all the bases. The benefits below are for employees based in the United States. Benefits for international employees vary based on location.
At Cooper, moving the future forward is our focus. That includes your future. We encourage our employees to be leaders in their own career development. We work with each person to provide the proper skills training, leadership opportunities, and advancement programs to achieve their personal and professional goals.
As a member of our team, you’ll be supported with the tools and resources you need to realize your own potential. It’s part of our commitment to helping you so that all of our employees achieve more.
