Cooper is pleased to announce the appointment of Christopher Gingrich as Vice President, Finance.
Chris Gingrich is an experienced corporate finance professional with more than 20 years of experience across various industries, including manufacturing and public accounting. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Accounting Officer at Kraton Corporation, where he successfully led multiple transformative M&A integrations. Prior to his role at Kraton, Chris worked in public accounting with Deloitte and Arthur Andersen.
Chris holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University and an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Houston. Chris is also a certified public accountant.
