Terrecorp bearings & bushings

Terrecorp has been an O.E.M. supplier of bearings and bushings to the compression and process industry since 1979. Our foundry, machine shop, and electroplating line allows complete internal control of the entire manufacturing process.

Products include solid aluminum, electroplated bronze, bronze, babbitt and steel, and babbitt bearings and bushings from 3″ to 19″ in diameter.

Tucker valve seats

Tucker valve seats have been used by O.E.M. and large-scale engine rebuilders for more than 40 years. Tucker Valve Seat Co., a Cooper Machinery Services Division, offers superior quality paired with on-time delivery, exceptional customer support, and the highest quality machinable valve seats on the market.

Tucker Valve Seat Co. works with all fuels and ensures precise sizing and hardening up to 50 HRC, placing our valve seats above the competition. Our standard valve seats are engineered by industry-renowned experts with comprehensive design experience.

Valve seats are usually stocked in oversizes of +.005, +.010, +.020, and +.030.

The T-Series and welding rods are in inventory and ready for shipment. All products are readily implemented for various applications including but not limited to automotive, light and heavy industrial machinery, and marine.

Power Piston Rings

Cooper offers plasma-sprayed power piston rings, dual coated with molybdenum and nickel graphite (Mo2), for large bore integral engines. Cooper launched Mo2 coated rings to reduce risk of start-up and break-in failures, and to allow extended time between ring replacements. The Mo2 coated rings are available for large bore, slow-speed engine brands such as Cooper-Bessemer, Clark, Ingersoll Rand, and Worthington.

Mo2 power piston rings offer several advantages, making them ideal for various cylinder liner materials. They are designed with anti-scuff properties that reduce friction and wear, ensuring longer ring life. The fast and safe break-in and seating process minimizes downtime and ensures smooth operation. Additionally, the barrel-shaped ring profile provides improved seating, enhancing overall performance. These features make Mo2 piston rings a reliable choice for extending the life and efficiency of engines and compressors.
