Cooper Machinery Services To Acquire Energy Dynamics, LLC

HOUSTON, Feb 20 2020 /PRNewswire/ — Cooper Machinery Services (“Cooper”), a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management and the former Reciprocating Compression division of Baker Hughes, today announced the strategic acquisition of Energy Dynamics, LLC (EnDyn). This action advances Cooper’s position as the leading manufacturer and service provider of mission-critical compression and engine systems.

Founded in 1978 and based in Alice, Texas, EnDyn is a provider of OEM-parts, expert repair and responsive field services on prominent engine and compressor brands including AJAX, Superior®, and Waukesha.  The combined EnDyn legacy companies have a combined experience totaling over 160 years.  They bring parts, service, & manufacturing to the Cooper team with a 70,000 sq. ft. facility encompassing a parts distribution warehouse, service shops, and offices. 

EnDyn has the capabilities to overhaul and test engines in their Texas facility and specialize in both shop and field service. The Alice Operations also offers engineering, technical support, and training.  Through its network of agents and distributors, it has grown from a South Texas operation into a worldwide provider of PowerParts® and services.
