eRCMTM PRO
Users define compressor geometry (frame, cylinder, stage, throw, valving, etc.), operating ranges, gas compositions, and unloading devices. eRCM Pro™ then calculates and displays performance outputs, including power, flow, pressure, and temperature.
While performance is critical, safety is paramount. eRCM Pro™ models unit safety according to the O.E.M.’s specifications. Because calculation methods and safety limits vary by manufacturer, each unit must be modeled to meet its specific O.E.M. requirements.
eRCM Pro™ also supports hardware decisions. As operating pressures evolve, users can quickly simulate modifications—such as adding a fixed-volume clearance pocket—to determine whether the change provides sufficient unloading under new conditions.
No performance program is complete without predictive refinement. eRCM Pro™ incorporates analyzer data to tune predictions, accounting for pulsation, pressure drops, effective clearances, valve and parasitic losses, friction, and more, improving accuracy under real-world conditions.
