OVERVIEW

COOPER'S LEARNING CENTER

A well-trained staff, educated in the fundamental operation and maintenance of your reciprocating compression and power generation equipment, is one of your best tools for improving performance, minimizing downtime, reducing your overall operating costs, and maintaining a safer operation. Cooper Machinery Services has created The Learning Center for just this purpose. The Learning Center is a dedicated technical training facility located in Houston, Texas. This free offering is designed to educate customers, operators, and maintenance personnel in the specifications, operation, and routine servicing of their slow-speed integral engine-compressors and high-speed compression equipment.

With an average of 20 plus years of experience in the service, manufacturing, and design of equipment, our instructors are ready to meet your equipment training needs. They support The Learning Center from senior technical service or support roles where they are directly involved in the day to day activities surrounding the same equipment presented in the workshops. The combination of practical experience and a comprehensive theoretical understanding of the equipment enables them to deliver complex ideas in a constructive, positive way. From basic to advanced levels, they have the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely to help keep you motivated and on track.

We offer open enrollment workshops that provide hands-on training in a classroom setting at our facilities in Houston, Texas and Salina, Kansas. In addition to the open enrollment workshops, The Learning Center can provide custom on-site training. With so much content available, we can structure a customized curriculum to meet your needs.

The training package includes lectures, discussions, hands-on material, a complete take-home USB, and a Certificate of Completion.
