Cooper is pleased to announce the appointment of Kenneth “Kenny” Pucheu as Chief Financial Officer.
Kenny has had a distinguished career spanning over two decades in the Oil & Gas sector where he demonstrated an exceptional ability to lead finance organizations and business transformations across a variety of global markets.
Kenny joins Cooper from NexTier Completion Solutions where, as EVP and Chief Financial Officer, he played a pivotal role in steering the company through the challenges of the pandemic to emerge as a top-performing company in the sector. His leadership in finance, accounting, M&A, Information Technology, and Digital Initiatives contributed to the company’s strong growth in revenue, earnings, and market capitalization.
Before NexTier, Kenny held a broad leadership position at the Keane Group, Inc., spearheading finance and operational initiatives and driving a digital transformation that significantly enhanced financial performance. Prior to Keane Group, Kenny held several roles of increasing responsibility at Schlumberger.
Kenny holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and executive education from Wharton and the Harvard Business School.
