John is a 25-year industry veteran with broad-based domestic and international experience involving products related to gas compression and process technology. John has held management positions with El Paso Corporation, Cameron International’s compressor division, and most recently served as CEO of Epic International. John is a graduate of the Rice School of Business Executive Management Program.
Imran has 15+ years of financial experience, leading complex projects and developing teams both domestically and internationally. Imran joins us from Team Industrial Services where he served as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations. Earlier in his career, he held finance leadership roles at Cameron and Schlumberger. Imran holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in finance and marketing and a Master’s in Accounting Degree from the University of Houston.
Tahera is a 23-year human resources leader with both domestic and international experience. Tahera has experience in the financial services, health care, and oil and gas industries. Most recently, she served as vice president of human resources at Core Laboratories, Inc. Tahera received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston and a Masters in Psychology from Houston Baptist University.
Matt is a 20-year compression veteran with Cameron’s compressor division and has a combined 30 years in the oil and gas sector in various strategic commercial roles. Matt has held vice president-level roles with Champion Technologies-Athlon Solutions and FTS International. Matt received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Penn State University and his MBA from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
Malcolm is a proven business professional with 20+ years of experience across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain. Malcolm held key management positions at Dresser Industries, Cameron’s compressor division, and Team Industrial Services. Malcolm has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Witwatersrand Technikon and a Mechanical Engineer N4/N5 from Johannesburg Technical College.
Vice President, Capital Projects
Ronnie Walker is a 20+ year veteran of the oil, gas, and compression space and joined the industry with Stewart and Stevenson where he held a variety of management positions. Most recently, Ronnie held VP of Sales and Business Unit Manager positions with Hoerbiger’s Engineering Services team (HES). HES was acquired by Cooper in 2020, and Ronnie joined us after the transition. Ronnie is a graduate of Texas A&M University and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Pre Law.
Vice President, Energy Dynamics (EnDyn)
Kevin Downes has over 30 years of compression experience including multiple positions at Dresser-Rand and EnDyn. As a second-generation owner of EnDyn, his experience includes engineering, technical training, sales, and marketing within the natural gas compression and power generation industry. EnDyn was acquired by Cooper in 2020, and Kevin joined us after the transition. He holds a BSME from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from The Owen School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
Vice President, Engineering
Hans Mathews joined the gas pipeline and compression industry in 1991 with Tenneco where he spent 9 years in engineering, maintenance analysis, and leadership roles before joining Hoerbiger in 2000 where he became a senior vice president and general manager for their Engineering Services (HES) team. HES was acquired by Cooper in 2020, and Hans joined us after the transition. Hans is a United States Airforce Veteran and graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Vice President, Engines
Bradley Sinor is a third generation member of the Sinor Engine Co. which started in 1962, and he has worked there his entire career helping the business evolve into an industry leader for the Superior engine and compressor line. Bradley has held roles in sales, technical support, field service, engineering, and machine shop services. Sinor Engine was acquired by Cooper in December 2019, and Bradley joined us after the transition. Bradley graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in business.
Vice President, Information Technology
Giuseppe Robbiano is an information technology leader with more than 25 years of experience in architecting, implementing, and supporting information technology systems. Giuseppe has held several key IT positions with Baan Peru/Grupo Novatech, Bucyrus International, Caterpillar Global Mining, and Ducommun LaBarge Technologies. He also served in various IT senior management positions with Bray International. Giuseppe holds a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Lima, Peru.
Vice President, Strategic Initiatives and Integration
John Domagala is an experienced leader with 30 plus years of experience in project management, operations, quality & process improvement. John has held a number of leadership roles with GE, United Technologies, & Baker Hughes/GE. John has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Illinois and a Masters of Engineering in Engineering Management from the University of Louisville. He is Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certified.
Vice President, Turbocharger Solutions International (TSI)
Mitch Opat is a turbocharger veteran having spent 39 years in the industry. Mitch started his career at Turbine Specialties Inc. in Salina, Kansas before transitioning to LCM Turbo Inc. For the last 10 years, Mitch has been the general manager of Archrock’s turbocharger division located in McPherson, Kansas. In 2020, Cooper purchased the Archrock turbocharger division, and Mitch came to us during the transition. Mitch has a technical degree in Diesel Engine Technology and a BS in Management from Central Christian College.
Director, Strategy and Corporate Development
Chioma Eze is a strategy professional with experience developing strategy and implementing large-scale transformation programs. Prior to joining Cooper, Chioma led transformation programs across technology, human capital, and profitability topics while at Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and the Boston Consulting group. She has a Masters in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from The University of Texas, McCombs School of Business.
