Cooper directly serves customers in Canada through our Northern service shops in Casper, Wyoming and Huntington, West Virginia. Cooper also has an extensive distributor network throughout Canada to support our customers.

Cooper’s Houston, Texas global central distribution center maintains and creates all NAFTA documentation and has extensive inventory to ensure same-day shipment of parts in emergency situations.

Our two Northern service and repair facilities can repair customer engines and compressors and do complete package revamps. These facilities ensure smooth cross-border movement of equipment and parts and have extensive experience working with our Canadian partners.

Proven Results

COOPER CASE STUDY: A Canadian customer recently experienced a need for an emergency overhaul of their Cooper-Bessemer V-250 integral engine-compressors, and the complete Cooper after-sale care organization came to the rescue. A combination effort between our Canadian channel partners and the Casper, Wyoming service team dispatched a service crew immediately to assist in unit tear-down and inspection. The main rods, power heads, and power cylinders were sent to the Casper repair center for full inspection and repair. The Cooper distributor in the area filled the remaining order mostly from inventory. A team effort! Great job by our after-sale team for using all available resources to bring the customer’s Cooper-Bessemer back on line.
