Cooper Case Study: When a customer in Texas reached out to Cooper after their Waukesha 5794GSI burned a crankshaft and connecting rods on the right #2 and left #3 banks, we responded swiftly. This mechanical issue occurred following preventative maintenance performed by a Cooper competitor. Cooper removed the existing engine and installed a zero-hour overhauled exchange unit. As an added bonus, Cooper carried out startup, commissioning, and hot alignment to get the customer unit running with minimal down time.
