Debarshi Lahiri Named Sr. Vice President, Business Development

Cooper is pleased to announce the appointment of Debarshi Lahiri as Sr. Vice President, Business Development.

Debarshi Lahiri is a seasoned international executive with over two decades of experience across multiple functions and service industries. He started his career as a field engineer with Schlumberger and distinguished himself with roles of increasing complexity and leadership in Operations, Sales & Marketing, Strategy, and Business Development. Before joining Cooper, Debarshi served as Vice President of Global Commercial and Operations at GXO Logistics, Inc. Prior to his tenure at GXO, Debarshi held several senior leadership roles at Siemens (11 years) and Schlumberger (7 years). 

Debarshi holds a Bachelor of Technology, Honors degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and an MBA from London Business School.

Dustin Molyneaux Named Vice President, Gulf Coast Region

Cooper is pleased to announce the appointment of Dustin Molyneaux as Vice President, Gulf Coast Region.

Dustin Molyneaux brings more than 16 years of experience in the machinery manufacturing industry. Dustin’s journey began at Dresser-Rand in 2008, where he wore many hats, including Client Service Manager, Commercial Operations Manager, and Service Center Manager. Following the acquisition of Dresser-Rand by Siemens Energy in 2017, Dustin climbed the ranks holding positions such as Director of Sales – Atlantic, Director of Business Development and Digital Solution Sales, North America, and Head of Sales North America – Industrial Applications Services. By 2022, he was promoted to Head of Global Repair Operations, and in 2023, Dustin made a strategic move to Shermco Industries as VP of National Accounts. Dustin now serves as Cooper’s VP – Gulf Coast Region where he will lead our team with vision and integrity, driving growth, and fostering strong relationships across the Gulf Coast. 

Dustin holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of South Florida and an MBA from Louisiana State University.
