GEMINI Compressors SERVICE & REPAIRS
Our field service technicians have the most comprehensive on-machine analysis capabilities in the industry. Our portable diagnostics systems are much less intrusive than on-board systems. In fact, they actually reduce the number of on-board sensors required. We can perform a full range of comparative and trend analyses and diagnostics at your site to improve the performance, mechanical condition, and reliability of your high-speed compressors. In-field monitoring by a Cooper specialist enables immediate action to increase the efficiency and operating performance of your Gemini high-speed reciprocating compressors.
GEMINI compressors UPGRADES
As the OEM, Cooper provides technology and engineering services for Gemini separable compressors. With our advanced technologies, expertise, and project management experience, we offer Gemini compressors upgrades to improve efficiency, reliability, and maintenance costs.
To further strengthen our upgrade portfolio for Gemini separable compressors, Cooper acquired HOERBIGER’s Engines Services (HES) division in 2019. Cooper now offers even more upgrade technologies for all our engine and compressor lines, including Gemini.
EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY & ABSOLUTE DEPENDABILITY
Gemini’s legacy dates back to 1870 when August Witte opened Witte Iron Works in Kansas City, Kansas. For decades after, August and his son, Ed Witte, continued to grow their business producing gasoline engines, generators, and compressors. Eventually, the business was purchased by Chicago Pneumatic who designed a high-speed compressor that eventually evolved into the Gemini units we know today.
